Is there an admission charge?

No, admission is free.

How can I register in the casino?

A valid official photo identification document like passport or driving license is required for registration. Our guests only have to visit one of our casinos, and will receive an entry ticket, which allows the entrance to all of our ADMIRAL Casinos in Slovakia. However, please do not leave your passport or identification card at home, as we are located in Slovakia.

Is there a dress code at the casino? 

No, there is no dress code. Gentlemen are not required to wear a suit or tie.

What currency can I play with in the casino? 

Our game currency is Euro, however we gladly change any major world currencies to Euro at our cashier windows at very favorable rates.

When are the casinos open? 

All casinos are open every day of the year, 24 hours a day, including holidays. In terms of live games, we would like to ask you to note the different opening hours in the various casinos.

Is there German or English speaking staff in your casinos?

Yes! We speak several languages in each location. All of our employees understand German and English. Our German-speaking managers are always happy to answer your questions in every casino. 

Do you have wheelchair access to the casino?

Yes, we offer disabled accessibility and restrooms for our guests; also our helpful staff is always there in case you need help.

Do I have to pay for the drinks inside the casino?

Soft drinks, coffee and beer are complimentary. For the prices of hard drinks please ask for further information at the bar of the casino.

Where can I park when I visit the casinos and how much does it cost?

All of our casinos offer guarded, free parking lots.

What gaming facilities do you have?

Each casino offers a different setup of games, you can find more information directly on the desired casino’s website.

If I don't want to play, what else can I do? Restaurant etc.?

We offer complimentary bars and a buffet for our playing guests. We frequently offer as well events in our locations. Regarding specific information please have a look on the desired casino’s website.
